Beauty Q&A

What's your favourite eye shadow colour to wear? My favourite eye shadow colour to wear is a brown colour. I like to be very natural with my eyes rather than extreme. My favourite eye shadow palette is W7 Naked Nudes eye shadow palette. What's the one product you wouldn't leave your house without? I would not leave the house without lip balm. I cannot stand having dry lips and I like to keep them moisturise. My favourite lip balm is Pepsi Cherry lip balm or Vaseline. They keep my lips moisturised.  What's your favourite make up look? My favourite make up look is just a natural face. With a brown eyeshadow, no foundation just concealer and powder with a pink blush at the cheeks, some lip balm and black mascara with black eye liner.  Which feature do you try to downplay/cover up? I try to cover up the dark circles under my eyes as well as spots on my forehead and chin. Your favourite make up brand, if you could pick only ONE to exist? I would pick W7 because

100 Questions No One Ever Asks

Hey guys! So I decided I would make a tag post on the 100 questions no one ever asks as I thought it would be fun and interesting to answer. I did not make this tag, I'm just doing it for fun and feel free to do it yourself too.  Anyway, let's do this. 1. Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? I don't have a closet. I have a wardrobe and I hate it when the doors are open while I'm not getting anything out from it so I keep the wardrobe doors closed while I sleep. 2. Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels? Yes (I'm one of those people) but only because they can be handy to have in your wash bag for when you next go travelling. 3. Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? I have a duvet but if I slept in sheets I would have them tucked out. If they are tucked in I feel trapped and find it difficult to move as I move a lot while I sleep. 4. Have you stolen a street sign before? Never. I don't eve

Results day yesterday... What am I going to do now?

Image
Hey guys! So yesterday morning was stressful and nerve-racking. I was getting my A Level results and UCAS was telling me whether or not I got accepted into my first choice uni. I was sweating and shaking all morning until I went downstairs and sat with my mum at 8. I logged into UCAS track and freaked out a little when I saw what I saw. - - - - - - I got accepted into my firm choice! I was so happy and it didn't seem real. So I'll be going to the University Of Chester in the Warrington Campus to study  Advertising and Media Studies. Congratulations to anyone who got into Uni or who have figured out what they're doing with their life. Remember a piece of paper does not define you and you can do whatever you want. Anyway, after I found out I was in my firm choice Uni. Collecting my results didn't seem so bad. I knew I had met the conditions and did something right.  However, when I went to collect my results. I was a little surpr

A Level results day this week

Hey guys! As some of you know this year I was doing my A Levels and I finished them in June. I've had a month and a half not to worry about results, but now the time has come. Results day for me is this Thursday. (August 13) and I'm getting scared. This day literally decides my future and whether or not I go to uni. They say have a back up plan if things don't go well but honestly I don't have a back up. I know there's a thing called clearing for if you don't achieve the grades that were asked for. That basically gives you courses that are accepting anyone either from the uni you chose or similar courses you wanted to do. I think they may even give you options you never even thought of doing. Anyway, there's no point in worrying or panicking just yet as results day hasn't yet. Anything could happen. I might not get the grades but the uni may still want me. You just don't know. Don't worry about letting your family down either because it's

My Blog Schedule!

Image
Hey guys! I want to post regularly on this blog rather than come out with a random post on an unexpected day. So I decided to come up with a schedule where I post twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. I was thinking this would be easier seeing as I rarely do anything on those days and I thought it would be a good idea to post at the start of the week and the end of the week. I may post something in between if there was something on my mind and I just wanted to post something.  Anyway, that's about it. Feel free to follow me on my social media accounts if you want to see what I'm up to when I'm not blogging. My username is @MeganIvyT for both my Twitter and Instagram.  https://twitter.com/MeganIvyT https://instagram.com/meganivyt/ So yeah, that's all I have to say and I'll be back on Monday with another post.  Bye guys. I love you all.  Megan  xoxo

Things to do if you're bored

Hey guys! Summer is finally here and I bet some of you are bored and have no idea what to do. Well I thought I would give you some ideas of what you can do if you're bored this Summer or any time really. Clean or organize your room -  Take a look around your room and see if it's messy. If you're like me there may be some clothes on the floor, your desk is untidy and your make up is everywhere. Just have a day spent dedicating to cleaning your room. It takes time you know and it gets you motivated to be productive. You might also be in the mood to rearrange your room. You have no idea how many times I was in the mood to move my furniture around. You can always move it back if you don't like it and get some help with the heavy stuff. You don't want a wardrobe falling on top of you.  Read or reread a book series -  Most people are all about phones and technology but there's nothing like reading a good book. I'm not even talking about a kindle or audio boo
